An Integrated Approach
I offer compassionate, neuroscience-informed therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life changes. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and my background in neuroscience, I help clients find healing that honors both mind and body.
Whether you're processing past trauma, managing overwhelming anxiety, or finding your way through a life transition, I create a safe, collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome.
Specialities
Trauma Therapy
Healing from past experiences using IFS and trauma-informed approaches that work with your nervous system, not against it.
Anxiety Treatment
Learning to work with anxiety rather than fight it, using somatic and nervous system regulation techniques.
Life Transitions
Navigating identity shifts, major changes, and questions of meaning with curiosity and compassion.
A Different Path to Therapy
I began as a neuroscience researcher studying emotional regulation and behavioral change at McGill University. Over time, I realized that understanding the brain wasn't the same as understanding the person as a whole. This led me to pursue clinical training, where I discovered Internal Family Systems and somatic approaches that truly honored the complexity of human experience.
Today, I bring together scientific understanding of how our nervous systems respond to stress and trauma with compassionate, person-centered care.
